Viola has always had an interest in healthcare and a fascination with human anatomy, especially in how the body functions and heals itself. Prior to graduating from the Vancouver Career College RMT program, Viola worked over a decade as a Pharmacy Technician, so she is also knowledgeable with medication and interacting with physicians. She decided to pursue Massage Therapy in order to help patients on a more individualized, patient-focused level. Viola has a passion for sharing her knowledge so others can understand their body better. She is dedicated in helping patients improve their quality of life by achieving realistic goals while working around their lifestyle and tolerance. In her spare time, Viola likes to keep up to date with the latest scientific discoveries, especially involving biology, anatomy, nutrition, and medications.

She is a Vancouver Canucks fan and enjoys all types of food. She hopes to travel more and explore the world.

Massage has always been apart of Josh’s life. As a child, he would often seek massage from his Grandparents. So as he grew older, it was only natural that he would practice on friends and family. Josh eventually discovered his other passion in life - which was dance.  As his dance technique became ever more sophisticated he found that his massage therapy skills mirrored sophistication as well. Complementing to his art, he decided to further his studies into this field. Now, as an registered massage therapist he is excited to share his passion to the public.

His style draws predominantly from his schooling in holistic spa therapy and registered massage therapy program to treat a range of orthopedic and systemic conditions. This includes pregnancy and postpartum, surgical scars, chronic pain, neuralgia, and of course muscle tension and back, neck and shoulder pain. Josh strives to include proper stretching, healthy eating, and injury prevention as other aspects of health within an active rehabilitation plan to provide the client with the most positive outcome. He fosters treating each client as unique in order to provide them with the most successful active rehab plan.

All the orthopedic training aside, Josh genuinely cares for people and wants to see them recover to their fullest potential. He wants the general public to recover from whatever medical or personal obstacle that is hindering their bodies, so they can get back to living to their utmost happiness.

Roi Rollins (RMT), a graduate of the Vancouver Career College as a Registered Massage Therapist, firmly believes that healing treatments for the body start with the mind and lifestyle of an individual. After that, support of a skilled massage therapist optimizes the body’s ability to recover and heal.

Whether he is treating someone for orthopedic and systemic conditions or providing relaxation relief for chronic stress, Roi develops patient-centred treatment plans as each person is unique. Combining SYSTEMIC DEEP TISSUE THERAPY, MYOFASCIAL RELEASE, TRIGGER POINT THERAPY, GRASTON TECNIQUE, KINESO TAPING and other techniques, he works to maximize joint mobilization.

As an athlete, Roi knows the value of massage therapy because he has been injured numerous times during Mixed Martial Arts training and swimming as well as a motor vehicle accident. By overcoming his own pain and making a full recovery, he has direct knowledge and deeper empathy for his patients. Roi knows firsthand THAT PROPER TREATMENT CAN FULLY RESTORE BODIES AND LIVES TO PRE-INJURY CONDITIONS. He is living proof.

Roi understands that massage therapy—especially myofascial release work— is fundamental to restoring the wellbeing of people who come to him with serious injuries or debilitating conditions. In addition, massage provides much relief for headaches and chronic pain caused by prolonged computer use and sedentary lifestyles.

Inspired by the amount of help he received during his own recovery, Roi is passionate about helping others to regain their vitality. They also affirm what one of his teachers told him long ago—that “ROI HAS TALENTED AND GIFTED HANDS."
